SMS One Rupee Campaign for destitute women living with HIV

Nita (Name
changed) a single woman living with HIV is residing in a squatter settlement in
Kathmandu with another woman living with HIV who lost her husband many years
ago. Nita went through an accident long time ago that caused her a loss of
vision and cannot see, that has made her life full of struggle to make a
living. Nita’s roommate, Sarita (Name changed) is also struggling with her
deteriorating health condition and during this time of dire need of nutrition
support for Sarita and Nita, we dropped by their place with the nutrition
support from our one rupee campaign that would suffice them for at least a
month.
If one rupee
from one person can save a person’s life or at least make a difference in
someone’s life, let us all unite to save lives and make a difference.
